YACS 7.2
Hot on the heels of YACS 7.1 Bernard has just released YACS 7.2 - with a huge list of improvements. I am very impressed with the progress and it puts to shame my efforts of making some sites based on YACS. Hopefully this new version will be motivation to get alteast one of the three sites I have planned to develop with YACS.

I've just had a quick look. Good content, a little hard on the eyes !
Would be wrong to say YACS does everything. Would be also wrong to say its the best option for everyone.
But, its still does everything I need and is the best for me. Not only do I love the way YACS works from a user/admin point of view, but also the way its coded and works is so well thought out.
Anyhow, I shall leave some more specific comments on your site.

It may not do everything but I figure Bernard is working on it as we speak.
I'd like to be able to import large amounts of articles at a time ( to be able to reuse other info ) -- I can do one at a time with the import xml feature and that's working good enough for me.
I'm over in Florida, USA and my site is County-wide in scope. I was VERY EASILY able to bring in tons of feeds -- there's currently 8000 links to external news articles -- and it's making reading local news far more enjoyable for me.
The skin I created is ugly, which is why I haven't posted it anywhere (it's old school BBS look - colored letters on a black background) -- but they're colors that are easy on my eyes.
Anyhow, check it out and lemme know what you think of it.
